These terms govern your use of GoodProfile (goodprofile.in), operated by TechNexusGen. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

The service

GoodProfile is a free job platform: job seekers can search and apply to jobs and build resumes; employers can post jobs and search candidates. The service is provided free of charge — we may add optional paid features in future, but core job search, applications and resume building will remain free.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to work or hire in the jurisdictions you use the service in.

Acceptable use

Don't post false, misleading or discriminatory job listings; don't misrepresent your identity, qualifications or company; don't scrape, spam, or attempt to break or overload the service; don't upload unlawful content. Employers may use candidate data solely for recruiting. We may remove content, block jobs, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You own the content you add (resumes, profiles, job posts). You grant us the licence needed to store, display and share it as the product requires — e.g. showing your application to the employer you applied to. Public share links you create are visible to anyone with the URL until you disable them.

No guarantees

We don't guarantee interviews, hires, or the accuracy of listings and candidate profiles. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, TechNexusGen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Termination & changes

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Governing law: India.
