Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily branch operations and business activities. - Manage operations, client servicing and support teams. - Handle client escalations and service coordination. - Monitor KYC, documentation, transactions and compliance. - Oversee MIS reporting and operational controls. - Coordinate mutual fund and insurance-related operations. - Supervise HR, administration and team performance. - Ensure smooth coordination across departments. Candidate Requirements: - Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA/PGDM in Finance. - Relevant experience in financial services or wealth management. - Strong leadership and team-management skills. - Knowledge of financial operations, mutual funds and insurance. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
