Accountant – BUSY Software **Location:** Jagat Puri, East Delhi (Near Gagan Vihar) **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month **Experience:** 1–3 years **Employment Type:** Full-time **Gender:** Male/Female – Both can apply About the Role We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Accountant** to manage the day-to-day accounting and billing activities for our retail/trading business. The candidate should be comfortable working independently on **BUSY Accounting Software** and handling regular accounts operations. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily accounting entries in **BUSY Software** * Prepare sales invoices and purchase entries * Handle billing and maintain proper records * Maintain customer/vendor ledgers * Manage cash and bank entries * Perform bank reconciliation * Maintain accounts receivable and payable * Track outstanding payments and follow up when required * Maintain stock/inventory-related accounting records * Handle GST-related entries and basic GST documentation * Maintain daily sales and purchase records * Coordinate with suppliers/customers regarding billing and payments * Prepare basic MIS and Excel reports * Ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date Requirements * **1–3 years of relevant accounting experience** * **Hands-on experience with BUSY Accounting Software is mandatory** * Good knowledge of billing, sales, purchase and ledger entries * Basic knowledge of GST * Good working knowledge of MS Excel * Retail/trading/shop accounting experience will be preferred * Should be able to work independently and responsibly * Good communication and numerical skills Education **12th / B.Com / M.Com** or equivalent accounting qualification.
