Position/Title: Manager / Senior Manager Purchasing & Supplier Development - Trims & Cab Experience – 5-12 years Budget – 14- 15 LPA Location – Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411057 Qualification: BE / BTech (Polymer / Mechanical / Industrial) + MBA (Preferred) Important: Working days: 5 days WFO, Saturday WFH (predeclared location, attendance marked my Geo location sensing) Expected CTC: Please note, even if within budget, Client doesn’t give hike beyond 30% on current CTC. They are particular on this. Salary structure: Fixed CTC (includes Diwali bonus which is fixed; paid every Diwali). Gratuity and retirals etc. are over and above the CTC. Role Purpose Lead end-to-end Trims & Cab parts sourcing, supplier development and cost optimization for automotive / industry components ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity, localization, and robust supplier ecosystems aligned with business growth and technology roadmap. Key Responsibilities ➢Strategic Sourcing & Category Management ➢ Manage end-to-end procurement of Trims & Cab parts such as fender, quarter panel, roof cutter, side outer panels ➢ Develop and execute cost reduction strategies (VA/VE, localization, negotiation), best-cost-country sourcing ➢ Drive supplier selection, development, and performance management ➢ Lead RFQ, cost analysis, negotiations and contract finalization ➢ Ensure on-time delivery aligned with production schedules ➢ Collaborate with cross-functions (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing) for new part development & smooth SOP ➢ Monitor market trends, raw material pricing, and supply risks ➢ Develop and execute category strategies for Trims & Cab parts like Interior & Exterior Plastic parts both for Auto & Non-Auto Sector ➢Instrument Panel Components, Door Trims, Pillar Garnishes, Bumpers, Grills, Wheel Arch Components, Cladding, HVAC Parts & Air Distribution Systems, Sunroof Components, roof lining, Carpets, Seating System Parts, Console & Cockpit Parts, Lighting Plastic Components, Rubber & Extruded Components, FRP / SMC / Compression Molded Parts, Blow Molded parts etc. ➢ Deliver annual cost savings & cost avoidance targets If you are interested, pls send your resume at archana@beanhr.com
