Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in retail sales and customer service are encouraged to apply. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply as per the applicable eligibility and salary criteria. 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Welcome customers and understand their requirements. - Assist customers in selecting eyewear, frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories. - Explain products, offers, and services to customers. - Handle customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience. - Achieve individual and store-level sales targets. - Support billing, inventory, product displays, and daily store operations. - Maintain professional communication with customers and team members. 🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS - Good communication and customer-handling skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to work in retail. - Sales or customer service experience will be an advantage. - Freshers can also apply for the applicable salary bracket. - Willingness to work at the required store location. - Comfortable with rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Educational qualifications must match the applicable salary bracket. 💰 SALARY STRUCTURE 🔹 Freshers: ₹20,200 CTC per month 🔹 Experienced Candidates with Plus Two: ₹21,500 CTC per month 🔹 Candidates with a Degree + 2+ Years of Relevant Experience: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and suitability. 👥 WHO CAN APPLY?
