Candidates will handle customer queries, assist with account-related concerns, and provide professional customer support. Eligibility Criteria - Qualification: Graduates and undergraduates. - U1 Category: Freshers to less than 24 months of experience. - U2 Category: More than 24 months of experience. - Experience Consideration: Voice experience receives 100% weightage; non-voice/backend experience receives 50% weightage. - Communication: Strong English communication skills (B2/C1 proficiency). - Typing Speed: Minimum 20 WPM with 80% accuracy. - Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills are required.
