About the role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic CAD Trainer to provide technical training to students in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. The candidate will be responsible for teaching 2D drafting, 3D modelling, engineering drawings, and design concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical industry experience, and the ability to explain concepts clearly through hands-on training and real-time projects. 2. Key Responsibilities - Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on CAD software. - Train students in AutoCAD and other CAD-related applications. - Teach 2D drafting, 3D modelling, and technical drawing concepts. - Explain engineering drawings, dimensions, layouts, and design standards. - Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical exercises. - Guide students in completing real-time projects and design activities. - Evaluate student performance through practical assessments and tests. - Clarify students' doubts and provide technical guidance. - Monitor student progress and maintain training records. - Develop project-based learning activities. - Stay updated with the latest CAD software and industry technologies. - Support students in developing job-ready technical skills. 3. Requirements - Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or relevant Engineering. - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD software. - Good understanding of 2D drafting and 3D modelling. - Knowledge of engineering drawings and design principles. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. - Practical knowledge of CAD tools and applications. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Strong teaching, mentoring, and student-handling abilities. - Ability to conduct practical training sessions. - Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
