We are looking for an experienced Gold Loan Officer to handle gold loan operations, assess gold jewellery, assist customers, and process loan applications. Responsibilities Evaluate and verify gold jewellery purity and weight. Process gold loan applications and documentation. Explain loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment terms. Handle customer enquiries and maintain relationships. Ensure proper documentation and loan records. Follow company policies and security procedures. Skills Gold valuation and assessment. Customer handling and communication. Basic computer and documentation skills. Knowledge of gold loan procedures. Eligibility Any Bachelor's Degree. 3 years of relevant experience in gold loan operations. Knowledge of gold purity testing and valuation. Good customer service and communication skills.
