The candidate will be responsible for student admissions, lead generation, counseling, marketing activities, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through calls, references, field marketing, and social media platforms Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions Convert inquiries into successful admissions Conduct follow-ups with prospective students Handle telecalling and maintain admission records Promote academy programs through online and offline marketing activities Coordinate seminars, promotional campaigns, and educational events Build and maintain good relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets Requirements Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Good communication and convincing skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply Positive attitude and target-oriented approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits Attractive Incentive Structure Career Growth Opportunities Supportive Work Environment Training and Skill Development
