Responsibilities: • Handle recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. • Manage job postings and maintain candidate databases. • Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation. • Manage social media accounts and online promotions. • Create digital content for marketing campaigns. • Generate leads through online marketing activities. • Improve the company's online presence and brand visibility. Skills: • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment activities. • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. • Basic computer and MS Office skills. • Content creation and creative thinking. • Time management and coordination skills. Eligibility: • BE/B.Tech graduates and MBA graduates from any recognized university. • Both male and female candidates can apply. • Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible. • Interest in HR and digital marketing activities.
