Job Title: Branch Operations Head Company: WealthVault Research & Analytics Pvt. Ltd. Location: Chandigarh (Tricity) Salary: ₹6–12 LPA Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Operations Head to manage and oversee the overall operations of our Chandigarh branch. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between client servicing, operations, insurance, HR and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow. - Supervise operations, service and support teams. - Handle client service issues, escalations and coordination. - Monitor financial transactions, KYC, documentation and compliance. - Oversee MIS reporting, reconciliation and operational processes. - Coordinate mutual fund and insurance-related services. - Guide and support team members to achieve business objectives. - Oversee HR and administrative activities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and employee coordination. - Support client engagement activities and relationship development. Requirements: - Postgraduate qualification, preferably MBA/PGDM in Finance. - Relevant experience in financial services, wealth management or branch operations. - Strong team management and leadership skills. - Knowledge of mutual funds, investments, insurance and financial operations. - Good communication, problem-solving and client-handling skills. - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate with senior management.
