About the role
About the role We are looking for a IT Support Engineer – System Administration & IT Infrastructure Support to join our team in Kolkata, India. You will work hands-on with Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Group Policy (GPO), DNS & DHCP, Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis (RCA), ITIL & Incident Management, Enterprise Networking (LAN/WAN) VPN & Firewall Management, owning features end-to-end and collaborating closely with the team.
