This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on data mining, database management, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to support targeted email campaigns and improve marketing outcomes. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Conduct data mining and extraction from various sources to build and maintain high-quality email databases • Clean, validate, and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and usability • Assist in segmenting audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns • Support the planning and execution of data-driven email campaigns • Analyze campaign data (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to identify trends and insights • Perform A/B testing using data insights to optimize campaign performance • Generate reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations • Collaborate with the HR team to align data strategies with business goals 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field • Basic knowledge of data mining, data analysis, or database management • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL (preferred) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities • Interest in data-driven marketing and digital analytics 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞: • Gain real-world experience in data mining and digital marketing at an international high-tech company • Develop practical skills in data analytics, segmentation, and marketing automation • Learn professional work ethics and team collaboration • Receive 3 certificates upon successful completion • Flexible remote work opportunity—work from anywhere • Enhance your employability and competitiveness in the job market.
