💼 Hiring: Junior Revenue Cycle Representative – US Healthcare RCM (AR / EVBV / Authorization) Kick-start your career in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry! We are looking for motivated graduates with strong English communication and analytical skills to join our healthcare operations team. 🎓 Eligibility Criteria Graduates from Commerce and eligible Science streams only. Postgraduates, diploma holders, and Life Science graduates are not eligible. Good English communication and analytical skills are essential. Willingness to work in a night-shift environment. 📋 Job Responsibilities Follow up with US insurance companies regarding unpaid medical claims and help resolve claim denials. Review and analyze outstanding insurance claims to identify issues and support timely reimbursement to healthcare providers. Investigate claim discrepancies, identify recurring errors, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with insurance representatives on behalf of healthcare clients to resolve claims within defined timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs). Maintain accurate claim records and follow established quality and productivity standards. 🕒 Work Details Role: Junior Revenue Cycle Representative Process: AR Calling / EVBV / Authorization Shift: Night shift Working Days: 5 days a week Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday fixed off Work Mode: Work from Office Transport Facility: Pick-up and drop provided
