Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads. - Explain company products and services clearly to potential clients. - Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. - Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up schedules. - Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to the relevant sales team. - Work towards assigned calling, lead-generation, and sales targets. - Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships. Eligibility Criteria - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and spreadsheets. - Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone. - Willingness to learn, follow up consistently, and work towards targets. - Knowledge of English and Kannada is an advantage; other Indian languages are welcome.
