Key Responsibilities Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, network connectivity and security-related issues. Configure, monitor, and maintain VPN, firewalls and secure network access wherever applicable. Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, email, licenses and access permissions. Support Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation, configuration and troubleshooting. Manage AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), including users, roles, policies and permissions where applicable. Install, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and related surveillance infrastructure as required. Maintain user access controls, system configurations, IT asset records and technical documentation. Follow IT security best practices and help protect company systems and confidential data. Provide technical support to employees and coordinate with vendors or service providers for issue resolution. Required Technical Skills VPN & Firewall: VPN configuration, firewall management, network security and troubleshooting. Microsoft 365 Suite: Microsoft 365 administration, user and license management, Exchange Online and related services. SSO (Single Sign-On): SSO configuration, authentication troubleshooting and identity access management. AWS IAM: AWS users, roles, policies, permissions and access control management. CCTV Systems: CCTV installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant IT experience preferred. Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Willingness to learn, adapt and support evolving IT requirements.
