Position: Business Development Executive Location: HiLITE Business Park, Kozhikode Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on experience Incentives: Available Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates About the Role We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Business Development Executives. The selected candidates will be responsible for collecting relevant databases, contacting potential investors, and generating business opportunities related to equity purchases in our parent company. Roles & Responsibilities • Database Collection: Identify and collect relevant databases of potential investors and prospective equity purchasers. • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential individuals who may be interested in purchasing equity in the parent company. • Client Communication: Contact potential leads through phone calls and other communication channels to introduce the investment opportunity. • Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects and provide the necessary information. • Lead Management: Maintain and update the database of contacted prospects, responses, and follow-up status. • Business Development: Build relationships with potential investors and help generate qualified leads for the company's equity purchase opportunities. • Reporting: Maintain records of daily calls, lead generation activities, and progress reports. • Coordination: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and follow-up with interested prospects. Eligibility Criteria - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or database management is an advantage. - Confidence in making phone calls and communicating with potential clients. - Willingness to learn and achieve business development targets. - A positive attitude and a result-oriented mindset.
