About ClearClaim Ventures Pvt. Ltd. ClearClaim is a Pune-based FinTech startup that helps individuals and families recover their unclaimed financial assets, including physical shares, unclaimed dividends, IEPF claims, insurance claims, PF claims and other financial assets. We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Professionals to join our growing team. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels. - Connect with prospective clients to explain the company's services. - Manage client follow-ups, build relationships and convert leads into business. - Handle inside sales activities and field visits as required. - Maintain lead records and update the CRM regularly. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Client Acquisition. - Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills. - Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn. - Experience in B2B sales, financial services or insurance sales will be an advantage.
