Job Title: Account Executive Company Name: R&CC Services Job Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Department: Accounts & Finance Experience Required: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply if eligible) Salary: As per experience and interview Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent Job Description We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, prepare invoices, and assist with GST-related work. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities - Maintain daily accounting records and financial data. - Prepare sales and purchase invoices. - Handle accounting entries, including debit and credit transactions. - Maintain customer, vendor, debtor, and creditor records. - Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation. - Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other taxation-related activities. - Work on Tally Prime and MS Excel. - Verify bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment records. - Prepare reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing. - Coordinate with the management team regarding accounting matters. - Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial records. Required Skills - Basic knowledge of accounting principles. - Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel. - Understanding of GST and invoicing. - Good numerical and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Eligibility Criteria - Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. - Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply. - Basic computer knowledge is required. - Candidates willing to learn and grow in the accounting field are encouraged to apply.
