Inside Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Inside Sales Officer to connect with potential customers, explain products or services, and generate sales opportunities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities: Contact potential customers through calls and other communication channels. Explain products and services to prospective customers. Follow up on customer enquiries and generate leads. Maintain customer databases and sales records. Work towards achieving sales targets and improving customer relationships. Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities. Lead generation and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge and data management. Eligibility: Female candidates preferred. Any bachelor's degree; sales or marketing qualifications are an advantage. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
