Join Noor Talents Staffing LLC (NTS) and support U.S.-based healthcare organizations through outbound calling, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer engagement. 📍 Location: Remote – India 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 🎯 Experience: 1–3+ Years Preferred 📞 Process: International Voice Process | Outbound Telecalling 🏥 Industry: U.S. Healthcare – ABA & Mental Health 🕒 Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (US) 🔎 Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to U.S. clients, healthcare providers, referral sources, and prospects. Conduct telecalling campaigns to generate leads and identify opportunities. Explain healthcare services to U.S. prospects. Schedule appointments, follow-up calls, and meetings. Follow up with prospects to convert leads into opportunities. Maintain call records, CRM updates, and productivity reports. Meet daily and weekly calling, lead generation, and appointment targets. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. ✅ Candidate Requirements 1–3+ years in International Voice Process, U.S. Telecalling, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation. Excellent English communication with a clear, neutral accent. Strong communication, listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. Experience communicating with U.S. customers is preferred. Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and performance targets. Familiarity with CRM tools, calling systems, and Microsoft Office. U.S. healthcare, ABA, or mental health outreach experience is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Comfortable working U.S. Central Time business hours.
