Job Description: Security Guard Job Title: Security Guard Department: Security / Facility Management Job Summary We are looking for alert, responsible, and disciplined Security Guards to maintain safety and security at the assigned premises. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring entry and exit points, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring the safety of people and property. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and control entry and exit points. - Verify visitors, employees, and authorized personnel. - Conduct regular patrolling of the premises. - Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities. - Maintain visitor registers and security records. - Prevent theft, damage, and unauthorized access. - Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents. - Follow company security policies and safety procedures. - Coordinate with management and emergency services when required. Required Skills - Good observation and alertness. - Strong communication skills. - Discipline, honesty, and punctuality. - Ability to handle emergencies calmly. - Basic knowledge of security procedures and fire safety. - Physical fitness and willingness to work in shifts. Eligibility Criteria - Education: 10th pass / Intermediate (as per employer requirements). - Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Gender: Male / Female (as per vacancy requirements). - Age: As per employer requirements. - Availability: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
