About the role
ADITHYA IT SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create attractive visual content for recruitment advertisements, social media campaigns, promotional materials, and company branding. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of design, creativity, and the ability to deliver quality work within deadlines. Key Responsibilities - Design recruitment posters, job vacancy advertisements, and hiring creatives. - Create social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials. - Develop visually appealing designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. - Create professional layouts using brand colors, fonts, images, and other visual elements. - Edit images and prepare graphics for digital and print platforms. - Coordinate with the HR and marketing teams to understand design requirements. - Manage multiple design projects and complete tasks within deadlines. - Maintain consistency in company branding and design quality. Skills Required - Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or CorelDRAW. - Familiarity with Canva and other graphic design tools. - Creativity, visual communication, and layout design skills. - Basic knowledge of typography, color combinations, and image editing. - Ability to create professional social media creatives. - Good time management and attention to detail. Eligibility Criteria - Any degree, - Freshers with strong design skills and a good portfolio can apply. - Experienced candidates with relevant design samples are welcome. - Candidates should be creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
