HR EXECUTIVE – MBA HR Qualification: MBA with HR Specialization Role: The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and handling recruitment, HR activities and coordination related to Dharithri's training programs. Key Responsibilities: • Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing activities. • Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements. • Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups. • Coordinate with candidates and the internal team. • Support HR activities related to Dharithri training programs. • Maintain candidate, employee and basic HR records. • Support onboarding and other HR activities. Skills & Requirements: • Good knowledge of HR and recruitment. • Good English and Telugu communication skills. • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills. • Self-driven and proactive approach. • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Basic computer knowledge. • Ability to work independently and take responsibility. • Willingness to learn and grow.
