Manager - Electrical & Automation | Engineering Department Role Overview A confidential manufacturing client is seeking an experienced professional to lead electrical maintenance, automation and equipment reliability at its Bidadi facility. Key Responsibilities - Lead preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, automation infrastructure and plant utilities, including DG, AHU, ETP and STP. - Manage equipment breakdowns, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Drive automation initiatives, process improvements, equipment reliability and operational productivity. - Improve MTTR and MTBF to minimise downtime and maximise equipment availability. - Lead the maintenance team, ensure safety compliance, optimise resource utilisation and deliver maintenance KPIs. Candidate Requirements - 10–13 years of relevant experience in a continuous-process industry. - Strong expertise in electrical maintenance, with practical exposure to industrial automation. - Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems, preventive maintenance and breakdown resolution. - Strong troubleshooting, team leadership and maintenance planning capabilities.
