If you have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the drive to succeed in a competitive staffing environment, we’d love to connect with you! 💼 POSITION: US IT RECRUITER 🔹 Experience: 1+ Years 🔹 Openings: 4 🔹 Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad 🔹 Work Mode: On-site | Work from Office 🔹 Shift: US Night Shift 🔹 Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST 🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✅ Hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment and staffing. ✅ Experience recruiting for technical roles across various IT skill sets. ✅ Strong understanding of US IT staffing processes, job requirements, and recruitment workflows. ✅ Proficiency in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and other recruitment platforms. ✅ Expertise in resume screening, candidate qualification, interview coordination, and follow-ups. ✅ Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable technical talent. ✅ Experience with cold calling, candidate engagement, and offer coordination. ✅ Familiarity with US time zones, work authorization categories, and US IT recruitment practices. ✅ Ability to manage multiple requirements and work toward submission, interview, and placement targets.
