Account Management Operations Intern - PPO Opportunity

About the role

As an Account Management Operations Intern, you will own the entire sales journey start to finish and beyond. You will take qualified opportunities through discovery, demos, relationship-building, negotiation, closure, and ongoing account management. There’s no passing the baton here. Once an account is yours, you own it. From closing the deal to keeping the relationship strong and the customer engaged, you’ll be the go-to person throughout the journey. We’re looking for someone who is sharp, persuasive, commercially savvy, and great with people someone who communicates with confidence, builds trust, thinks on their feet, stays driven through challenges, and knows how to turn opportunities into wins. What You'll Do: • Take It From “Hello” to “Closed”: Own the entire sales journey from first conversation and discovery to demos, negotiations, follow-ups, and the final handshake. • Sell the Problem, Not Just the Product: Understand what’s keeping the prospect up at night and show them how Outbox can solve it. • Keep the Deal Moving: Chase the right follow-ups, handle objections, negotiate smartly, and make sure promising opportunities don't go cold. • Keep Your Pipeline Clean: Own your CRM like it’s your dashboard. Keep leads, conversations, next steps, and follow-ups updated—no lead left behind. • The Deal Doesn't End at “Yes”: Once the deal closes, the account is still yours. Be the primary point of contact, build the relationship, coordinate with internal teams, and make sure the customer gets value. • Close. Retain. Grow: Own your targets and turn customers into long-term accounts.
