About the role

Job Location: Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai Experience: 2–5 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Candidates: Experienced candidates only Job Responsibilities Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and industrial automation equipment. Create 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using SolidWorks. Prepare detailed assembly drawings and manufacturing drawings. Design jigs, fixtures, tooling, and mechanical components. Use AutoCAD for 2D drafting and drawing modifications. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation. Understand GD&T, tolerances, fits, and manufacturing processes. Coordinate with production, assembly, and automation teams. Support machine assembly, testing, and design modifications. Required Skills Strong practical knowledge of SolidWorks. Experience in 3D modelling and mechanical assembly. Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drafting. Experience in SPM machine design, jigs, and fixtures. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Good problem-solving and teamwork skills. Salary Negotiable based on experience and technical skills.
