Roles & Responsibilities • End-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offers, and joining formalities • Smooth onboarding and induction of new employees • Attendance, leave, and schedule management • Payroll inputs, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance coordination • Maintain HR records, policies, and monthly reports Requirements • MBA / PG in HR or a graduate with relevant HR experience • Good Telugu and English communication • Strong Excel and record-keeping skills About Lucia: Lucia Financial Services India Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing financial services company in Eluru offering investments, loans, insurance, and advisory.
