About the role

Win new clients for Lucia's investment, loan and insurance products through field visits, phone calls, referrals and outreach events. Meet monthly targets with attractive incentives and submit daily activity reports. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct field visits, phone calls and referrals to acquire new clients - Pitch and cross-sell investment, loan and insurance products - Participate in events and outreach to generate leads - Achieve monthly sales targets with performance incentives - Submit daily activity and prospecting reports Requirements: - Any graduate; freshers welcome - Confident spoken Telugu; good English - Own two-wheeler preferred - Target-oriented, self-driven, comfortable with field salesAbout Lucia: A fast-growing financial services company in Eluru offering investments, loans, insurance and advisory.
