About the role

Handle walk-in and phone enquiries; complete KYC and account opening. Explain investment, insurance and loan products; manage service requests; cross-sell; maintain CRM. Roles & Responsibilities: - Greet and convert walk-in / phone enquiries into accounts. - Complete KYC, documentation and account opening smoothly. - Explain investment, insurance and loan products to clients. - Handle service requests and follow-ups; cross-sell relevant products. - Maintain CRM records and enquiry tracking. Requirements: - Any graduate. - Excellent spoken Telugu; good English communication. - Comfortable with CRM tools. - NISM V-A certification is a plus.
