Job Title: Telesales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills) Job Summary We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, explain our products and services, and convert prospects into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, convincing abilities, and a target-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads. Explain company products and services, including LED Video Walls and Nano Coating solutions. Identify customer requirements and follow up with interested prospects. Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and support business closures. Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up reports. Coordinate with the sales team to arrange meetings, share quotations, and follow up on proposals. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets. Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of telesales, telemarketing, or customer handling. Ability to handle objections and follow up with customers. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel. Good lead management and reporting skills. Positive attitude and willingness to work toward targets. Eligibility Criteria Experience: 1–2 years; Qualification: Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant skills. Languages: English and Kannada; Hindi or other regional languages are an advantage.
