JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES OF SENIOR R&D OFFICER • Calibration of R&D instruments • Dispensing of raw materials of R&D trail batches. • Compression & coating of R&D trial batches of pharmaceutical products. • Improving the existing products to achieve good outputs. • Literature survey of given projects for more knowledge of product. • Performing preformulation studies such as compatibility studies. (drug-drug & Drug-Excipient) • Conducting various trail batches of ongoing projects & evaluating the same and Preparing BMR’s of R&D trail batches. • Stability study of developed products as per ICH guidelines. • Initiating & discharging the samples in to stability chambers and taking their parameters. • Preparing intimations for the analysis of samples & given to Q.C for analysis. • Preparing of manufacturing formula & process of the developed products. • Maintaining of all documents Related to R&D projects. • Visiting Goa manufacturing plants to scale up the batches. • Other duties allocated as per instruction by Manager/ HOD.
