Job description Role overview We're looking for an experienced Oracle Hospitality consultant to implement, integrate and support hotel systems for our clients. The role covers property management (OPERA Cloud), F&B point of sale (Simphony), guest CRM (Oracle CX) and the integrations between them through the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP). Key responsibilities Oracle OPERA Cloud (PMS) Configure property setup, rooms & inventory, rate management, reservations, profiles, front office, cashiering, night audit and housekeeping Set up multi-property and central reservations Run requirement workshops with front office, reservations, revenue and finance teams Plan and validate data migration from legacy PMS (OPERA 5 / V5, Suite8 or others) Oracle MICROS Simphony (F&B POS) Configure Simphony through EMC: revenue centres, menu items, condiments, discounts, taxes, tenders and service charges Set up workstations, printers, Kitchen Display System (KDS) and handheld devices Configure the SimphonyOPERA interface for room charge posting and guest lookup Set up payment integrations and F&B reporting (Reporting & Analytics) Oracle CX (CRM) Configure Oracle CX Sales / Service: accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and service requests Design the Guest 360 profile and integrate it with OPERA Cloud profiles Set up case / complaint management, campaigns, segmentation and loyalty use cases Build CRM dashboards and reports Integration (OHIP & APIs) Define and support integrations using the OHIP REST APIs (reservations, profiles, availability, rates, front desk, cashiering) Work with OAuth 2.0, application registration and OHIP business events Integrate booking engines, channel managers, payment gateways, ERP and BI tools Work with our development team on Java / Python middleware and mobile/web apps Delivery & support Prepare fit-gap analysis, solution design documents and configuration workbooks Support SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare and end-user training Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with Oracle support Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales with solution inputs Required skills & experience 5–10 years of experience in Oracle Hospitality applications Strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following, with working knowledge of the third: Oracle OPERA Cloud / OPERA 5 (V5) Oracle MICROS Simphony (Simphony 2.x / Cloud, EMC) Oracle CX Sales / Service Cloud At least 2 full-cycle implementations or migrations of OPERA, Simphony or Oracle CX Good understanding of hotel operations: front office, reservations, rates, F&B, night audit and guest services Experience with OPERA–Simphony interfaces and third-party PMS integrations Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and OAuth 2.0 Strong communication, documentation and client-facing skills Good to have Hands-on experience with OHIP (Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform) APIs and business events Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Simphony Transaction Services (STS) APIs or MuleSoft OPERA Sales & Event Management, OPERA Loyalty, Eloqua or Responsys Migration from MICROS 3700 / RES to Simphony Experience with hotel groups in India, the Middle East or APAC Hotel operations background (front office, F&B or revenue) Certifications (preferred, not mandatory) Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud certification / Oracle Hospitality Expertise credential Oracle Hospitality Simphony certification Oracle CX Sales or CX Service Cloud Implementation Professional Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) certification OCI Foundations / Architect certification ITIL Foundation or PMP / PRINCE2 (for lead roles)
