About the role

About the role We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team in Mumbai, India. You will work hands-on with Hardware Troubleshooting, Desktop Support, IT Support, Computer Networking, owning features end-to-end and collaborating closely with the team. Key responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery of features - Write clean, testable, maintainable work products - Collaborate with design, product and QA - Participate in reviews and knowledge sharing Requirements - 1–2 years of relevant experience - Hands-on experience with Hardware Troubleshooting - Hands-on experience with Desktop Support - Hands-on experience with IT Support - Hands-on experience with Computer Networking
