🚨 RECRUITMENT PARTNERS REQUIRED | PAN INDIA 🚨 Hiring Support for FOS – Collection | Direct Recruitment on BGSSL Payroll We are looking to onboard reliable Recruitment / Manpower Sourcing Agencies across PAN India to support hiring for the position of FOS – Collection. 📌 Position Details Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive Role: FOS – Collection Employment: Full-Time Hiring: Direct Payroll – BGSSL Location: PAN India Experience: 0–3 Years Education: Minimum 12th Pass | Graduates Preferred 💼 Role – FOS (Collection) The Field Officer will be responsible for supporting collection and recovery activities through customer visits, follow-ups and timely resolution of overdue accounts while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and company guidelines. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Conduct field visits to customers as per the allocated portfolio • Follow up on overdue payments and delinquent accounts • Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely payments • Handle customer queries and resolve collection-related issues • Maintain accurate records of visits, payments and commitments • Achieve assigned recovery, productivity and quality targets • Escalate disputed or complex cases to the concerned teams • Follow RBI guidelines, Fair Practices Code and collection policies • Maintain customer confidentiality and professional conduct 🎯 Candidate Requirements ✅ Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred ✅ 0–3 years experience in Collections / Recovery / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services / Sales / Customer Service / Field Operations ✅ DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification mandatory for freshers ✅ DRA certification preferred for experienced candidates ✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills ✅ Customer handling and conflict resolution abilities ✅ Comfortable with target-driven field work ✅ Willingness to travel within assigned geography ✅ Two-wheeler + valid driving licence mandatory ✅ Basic knowledge of banking products / loan repayment / collections preferred ✅ Ability to use mobile/digital applications for reporting and collections 🤝 We Are Looking For Recruitment Partners Who Can: • Source quality candidates across PAN India • Provide candidates as per the defined eligibility criteria • Support high-volume / continuous hiring requirements • Ensure proper candidate screening before submission • Support timely joining and onboarding Recruitment agencies / manpower consultants with experience in Banking, NBFC, Collections, Field Sales or Financial Services hiring are encouraged to connect. 📩 Interested Recruitment Partners can share their details / agency profile / sourcing capabilities at: shiv.chauhan@hiringedge.in 📞 Contact: 7041798603 Please DM or email for further details regarding the hiring requirement and recruitment partnership.
