Our focus is on delivering excellent customer service, achieving business targets, and creating rewarding career opportunities for our employees. ## Position **HR Recruiter** ## Key Responsibilities * Source and screen candidates for banking sales roles. * Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms. * Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews. * Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. * Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. * Follow up with selected candidates until they join. * Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines. ## Requirements * Bachelor's degree in any discipline. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes. * Experience in recruitment is preferred but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. * Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
