Service Engineer

About the role

Installation, configuration and servicing of CCTV surveillance systems. Installation and maintenance of DVR/NVR, IP cameras and network cameras. Troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, recording systems, power supplies and cabling. Installation and servicing of Access Control Systems, bio-metric machines and door controllers. Installation and maintenance of Video Door Phones and Intercom Systems. Installation and troubleshooting of Boom Barriers, Gate Automation and Parking Management Systems. Installation and servicing of Intrusion Alarm and Security Alarm Systems. Testing, commissioning and preventive maintenance of security equipment. Diagnose electronic and electrical faults and replace defective components/equipment. Basic configuration of IP addresses, routers, switches and networking equipment. Attend customer complaints and service calls within the required time. Prepare service reports, installation reports and material requirements. Coordinate with customers, supervisors and the technical team. Maintain tools, equipment and service materials properly.
