JOB DESCRIPTION – ESTATE AGENT / PROPERTY CONSULTANT Company: Agarwal Property Consultant Location: Mumbai – Andheri East / Andheri West / Powai Position Estate Agent / Property Consultant Job Responsibilities - Handle property sale, purchase, lease and rental transactions. - Generate new property listings through owners, developers and existing contacts. - Understand clients’ property requirements and suggest suitable options. - Conduct property visits and coordinate between clients and property owners. - Negotiate commercial terms between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. - Maintain and regularly update the company’s property database. - Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful transactions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients. - Assist clients throughout the transaction process until closure. - Keep updated on current property prices, market trends and upcoming projects. Candidate Requirements - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Experience in real estate/property consultancy preferred. - Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply. - Knowledge of Mumbai's property market will be an advantage. - Must have own bike/two-wheeler. - Valid driving licence is compulsory. - Should be comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp and property visits. - Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
