The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting customers over the phone regarding pending loan payments and assisting with payment follow-ups. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to customers regarding **pending loan payments and dues**. * Follow up with customers for **loan repayment and recovery**. * Communicate payment details and due information clearly to customers. * Remind customers about overdue/pending payments. * Understand customer responses and record relevant information accurately. * Follow up with customers as per the assigned collection schedule. * Maintain proper records of calls and collection follow-ups. * Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and collection targets. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * **Telugu speaking is mandatory.** * Good verbal communication skills. * Basic Hindi and English communication skills. * Comfortable making frequent outbound collection calls. * Ability to communicate professionally with customers. * Willing to work full-time from the **Begumpet, Hyderabad** location. * Freshers are welcome to apply.
