Field Sales Executive Company:- Shree Balaji Masala (SBM Spices & Dry Fruits) Department:- Sales Job Type:- Full Time Job Location:- Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi About the Company Shree Balaji Masala (SBM Spices & Dry Fruits) is engaged in the business of spices, masala products, and dry fruits. We supply quality products to bulk buyers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers. Job Role We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive who can develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Key Responsibilities * Visit the market regularly to identify and approach new retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and bulk buyers. * Generate sales and collect orders through regular field visits. * Promote and sell the company's spices, masala, and dry fruit products. * Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and generate repeat orders. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. * Collect customer feedback and provide market information to the company. * Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Coordinate with customers regarding payments and collections. * Coordinate with the company/distribution team for order processing and delivery. * Develop a strong customer network in the assigned market area. Candidate Requirements * Freshers can apply. * 0–3 years of field sales experience will be preferred. * Experience in FMCG, spices, grocery, food products, dry fruits, or distribution sales will be an advantage. * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Confident and comfortable with customer interaction. * Willingness to travel within the assigned market area. * Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated. * Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage. * Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
