SAP MM – Senior Specialist (FTE) Experience: 9+ Years Location: Surat – Hazira Work Mode: Client Location / Hybrid after initial transition Budget: Upto 18 LPA Employment Type: FTE Important Requirement This requirement is exclusively for Client Location – Surat (Hazira). Candidate must be willing to travel to Hazira, Surat immediately after project onboarding. Initial 4-week onsite stay at Hazira is required for knowledge transition, hypercare, and requirement gathering. After the initial period, the resource may work from their base location, with travel to Hazira required on a need basis. Candidate must follow the client's working hours and holiday calendar. Working schedule is generally Monday–Friday + 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday, as per client requirements. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior SAP MM Specialist with strong expertise in Materials Management, procurement, inventory management, and vendor management. The candidate should also have exposure to SAP WM and related processes and be capable of leading SAP MM solution design, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP MM solutions. Optimize procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and Materials Management processes. Gather requirements, participate in blueprinting, and prepare functional documentation. Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment. Manage integration between SAP MM and other SAP modules. Support testing, enhancements, issue resolution, rollouts, and post-implementation activities. Use Signavio, ARIS, and Visio for process modelling, analysis, and optimization. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulatory standards. Support SAP MM data migration and system upgrade activities. Provide training, knowledge transfer, mentoring, and technical guidance to team members. Collaborate with business stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams. Drive continuous improvement in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and explore emerging technologies, including SAP Business AI. Support hypercare and requirement-gathering activities during project onboarding. Mandatory Skills SAP MM / Materials Management Strong experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, and Vendor Management SAP MM configuration and implementation Requirements Gathering & Blueprinting SAP MM integration with other SAP modules Functional specification and testing Exposure to SAP WM and related processes Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills Process modelling using Signavio / ARIS / Visio Good to Have SAP S/4HANA experience Data migration and system upgrade experience Source-to-Pay (S2P) process optimization SAP Business AI / AI-driven process improvement exposure Team leadership and mentoring experience Travel & Onsite Requirement The resource must travel to Hazira, Surat for approximately 4 weeks immediately after onboarding for knowledge transition, hypercare, and new requirement gathering.
