ServiceNow ITOM – Senior Technical Consultant Experience: 8–12 Years Location: Any LTM Location Position: FTE / Contract Contract Duration: 12 Months Budget for contract : ₹2.2 LPM Budget for FTE : Upto 32 LPA Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Senior Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Service Mapping, CMDB, Discovery and ITOM automation. The role involves hands-on implementation, technical design, configuration, integrations and troubleshooting while working closely with architects, developers and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead hands-on implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions. Work extensively on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management. Configure and support ITOM capabilities including service dependencies, operational insights and automation readiness. Guide developers on technical design, scripting, integrations and ServiceNow best practices. Design and implement automation across Incident, Change, Request and Knowledge Management processes. Work on AIOps / AI-enabled capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence, incident similarity, auto-categorization and assignment recommendations. Design and validate Runbook Automation for infrastructure operations including alert remediation, patching, log collection and server restart. Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools, IAM platforms, enterprise applications and workflow systems. Work with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and IntegrationHub for enterprise integrations. Conduct technical reviews, defect triage, testing and performance checks. Support deployment, hypercare, BAU transition and ongoing platform improvements. Collaborate with architects, developers, process owners and client stakeholders to deliver automation-led solutions. Strong hands-on experience in ITOM implementation and automation. Proven experience with CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping. Ability to independently review technical designs and guide development teams. Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities. Experience working in large-scale ServiceNow implementation or transformation programs.
