Job Title: Agency Leader Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and responsible Agency Leader to build, manage, and develop a team of Insurance Advisors. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors. - Identify potential candidates through networking, referrals, and local sourcing. - Train and guide advisors on products, sales techniques, and customer service. - Set team targets and support advisors in achieving their business goals. - Generate and develop new customer leads. - Maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors. - Monitor team performance and provide regular motivation and guidance. - Conduct meetings, field visits, and follow-ups. - Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures. - Support advisors in achieving monthly business and recruitment targets. Required Skills: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Leadership and team-management ability. - Sales and customer-handling skills. - Ability to recruit and motivate a team. - Basic knowledge of insurance products. - Willingness to travel locally for recruitment and sales activities.
