Senior Finance Manager – Central Africa Location: Central Africa Experience: 10–12 years Industry: Construction Employment Type: Full-Time | Overseas Assignment Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, cost control, financial analysis and finance operations for projects/business operations in Central Africa. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in construction finance, with exposure to hotel/hospitality operations being an advantage. The candidate should be comfortable working in an international environment and managing finance teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities. Prepare and monitor project/business budgets and financial plans. Monitor project costs, expenses, profitability and cash flow. Conduct financial analysis and provide management with actionable financial insights. Establish and monitor cost-control measures across construction projects and operations. Review project-wise financial performance and identify cost variances. Prepare MIS, management reports, P&L and financial statements. Support project teams in financial planning and commercial decision-making. Manage working capital, receivables, payables and cash-flow requirements. Ensure proper accounting controls and financial procedures are followed. Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, vendors and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation and statutory requirements. Lead, mentor and manage the finance team. Support financial restructuring/restructuring initiatives and process improvements where required. Work closely with senior management, project teams and operations teams. Candidate Profile 10–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts. Strong hands-on experience in the construction industry is required. Experience with hotel/hospitality operations will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial analysis. Experience in project finance/costing and monitoring project profitability.
