Ltd. **Location:** Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201010 (Delhi NCR) **Job Type:** Full-time | Work From Office **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on interview and candidate profile) ### Job Description We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Marketing & Business Development Executive** to join our team at our Kaushambi, Ghaziabad office. The main responsibility of this role will be to **find new clients, generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and bring new projects/business to the company.** ### Key Responsibilities: * Search for potential clients through email, LinkedIn, online platforms, and other sources. * Generate new leads and approach potential clients. * Communicate with clients through emails and calls. * Understand client requirements and collect project details. * Bring new Translation, Localization, Voice Dubbing, Subtitling, Content Writing, Video Editing, and other language-service projects. * Follow up with potential clients regularly. * Coordinate with the internal team regarding client requirements and projects. * Maintain records of leads, clients, and project requirements. * Build and maintain good relationships with clients. ### Requirements: * **Freshers can apply.** * Candidates with experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation will also be considered. * Good communication skills in English and Hindi. * Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email, and internet browsing. * Good convincing and follow-up skills. * Willingness to learn and communicate with clients. * Candidate should be comfortable working from the office. ### Office Details: **Work Location:** Kaushambi, Ghaziabad – Delhi NCR **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Working Days:** 6 days a week **Sunday:** Weekly off **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, **depending on the interview and candidate profile.**
