About the role

**Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Executive** **Company:** Words Lead Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for a motivated **Marketing & Business Development Executive** to help us generate new clients and bring new business/projects for our company. **Key Responsibilities:** * Find and approach potential clients through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other platforms. * Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities. * Contact clients and understand their project requirements. * Bring new Translation, Localization, Voice Dubbing, Subtitling, Content Writing, Video Editing, and other language-service projects. * Follow up with potential and existing clients regularly. * Coordinate with the internal team to manage client requirements and projects. * Maintain proper records of leads, client communication, and project requirements. * Build long-term relationships with clients. **Requirements:** * Freshers can apply; experience in Marketing, Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development will be an advantage. * Good communication skills in English and Hindi. * Basic knowledge of email, MS Word/Excel, and internet research. * Good convincing and follow-up skills. * Self-motivated and willing to learn. * Candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients through email and calls. **Job Type:** Full-time **Experience:** Fresher / 0–2 years **Work Mode:** Work From Home **Salary:** ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, based on interview and experience **Variable Component:** No fixed variable component
