Job Description – Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) Company: Bioweal Products Pvt. Ltd. Location: Bangalore Experience: 3–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office About the Role We are looking for a Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) to manage product costing, financial analysis, budgeting, MIS and cost control activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in a product-based/FMCG company and be comfortable working with product-wise costing, inventory, profitability and management reports. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain product-wise and SKU-wise costing. Analyse raw material, packaging, manufacturing and logistics costs. Prepare cost sheets, budgets and forecasts. Conduct variance analysis and identify areas of cost leakage. Analyse product-wise profitability, margins and contribution. Monitor and control operational and product-related costs. Manage inventory valuation and cost analysis. Prepare monthly MIS and management reports. Support pricing decisions based on product costs and margins. Coordinate with procurement, finance, operations and sales teams. Analyse actual costs against budgets and forecasts. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Assist with financial planning, internal controls and audit requirements. Ensure accurate financial and costing data is maintained in the ERP/accounting system. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Costing & Cost Accounting Product/SKU-wise costing Budgeting & Forecasting MIS Reporting Variance Analysis Profitability & Margin Analysis Inventory Valuation Cost Control & Cost Reduction Financial Analysis Advanced Excel ERP/Accounting software Good understanding of GST and financial compliance Experience Required 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in: FMCG Consumer Products Manufacturing Personal Care Women's Hygiene Baby Care D2C/Product-based companies CMA qualification is preferred. Candidates pursuing CMA with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
