# Job Description – Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics Manager **Company:** Bioweal Products Pvt. Ltd. **Location:** Bangalore **Experience:** 4–6 Years **Employment Type : Full-Time **Work Mode:** Work From Office ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to manage the complete procurement and supply chain cycle, from vendor sourcing and purchasing to inventory, warehousing and final delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience in a product-based/FMCG company and strong skills in vendor management, procurement, inventory planning and logistics. ### Key Responsibilities * Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products. * Identify, evaluate and manage vendors and suppliers. * Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and lead times. * Plan procurement based on demand, sales forecasts and inventory requirements. * Monitor stock levels, reorder points, safety stock and slow-moving inventory. * Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales and finance teams. * Manage inbound and outbound logistics and transportation. * Coordinate with 3PLs, transporters and logistics partners. * Ensure timely availability and delivery of products across D2C, e-commerce and other channels. * Track purchase orders, shipments and delivery timelines. * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement * Prepare procurement, inventory, logistics and supply chain reports. ### Required Skills * Procurement & vendor management * Negotiation and cost control * Supply and demand planning * Inventory & warehouse management * Logistics & transportation management * 3PL/vendor coordination * Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge * Understanding of MOQ, lead time, safety stock and reorder levels * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience Required 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in: * FMCG * Personal Care * Women's Hygiene * Baby Care * Consumer Products * D2C/Product-based companies Candidates with experience managing the end-to-end procurement-to-delivery cycle will be preferred.
