Job Description – Graphic Designer Company: Bioweal Products Pvt. Ltd. Location: Bangalore Experience: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office About the Role We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer who has strong experience in packaging design, branding, logo design, social media creatives, and video editing. The ideal candidate should have previously worked with a product-based company, FMCG, D2C, consumer goods, personal care, beauty, wellness, food, or similar brand, and should understand how design is used across packaging, digital marketing and e-commerce. Key Responsibilities Design product packaging for new and existing products, including labels, boxes, pouches and other packaging formats. Develop creative and memorable logos, brand identities and visual guidelines. Create designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites and e-commerce platforms. Develop Amazon/e-commerce creatives, banners, product images and promotional artwork. Create marketing collaterals, brochures, posters, standees and other brand materials. Edit and create Instagram Reels, short-form videos, product videos and promotional videos. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns. Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours and visual language across all platforms. Create mock-ups and presentations to showcase packaging and product concepts. Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and brand consistency. Stay updated with current design, packaging, social media and FMCG/D2C trends. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Good understanding of packaging design and print-ready artwork. Strong skills in logo design and branding. Good knowledge of video editing and motion graphics. Experience creating Reels/short-form videos. Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy. Ability to create creative concepts from scratch, rather than only executing given designs. Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools will be an advantage. Understanding of e-commerce and product photography/editing will be an added advantage. Experience Required 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a: Product-based company FMCG/consumer goods company D2C brand Personal care/beauty/wellness brand Food/beverage brand Packaging/design agency handling product brands Candidates with only agency experience and no product/packaging exposure may not be suitable for this role.
